Terms of Service

• Initial visit requires a $100 trip charge and $120 first hour diagnosis fee.
• When requesting service a credit card number will be requested to secure the initial fee. An email address will also be requested to create a customer account.
• All work comes with 30 days of warranty service on all work completed starting on the date of invoice. Warranty covers defective parts and direct technician repairs.
• All invoices are due after 30 days. After 30 days there will be a 10% late fee which will compound after each 30 days.
• All work will be quoted in writing before beginning. Customer must approve work to begin.
• If outstanding invoices total $8,000 or more there will be a hold on all future work.
• Chris Hiraga Refrigeration does not offer any financing options.
• Proof of insurance, licensing, and bond will be provided on request.
